We collect the minimum we need to get your order to your door. We do not sell your data to anyone.

We never see your payment details. Card numbers, UPI IDs, CVVs and bank credentials are collected and processed entirely by Razorpay. They never reach our servers and we cannot access them.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
We share only what is necessary, only with the following categories of partner, and never for their own marketing:

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a public authority.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
We only send marketing messages if you have opted in. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Transactional messages about an order you have placed are not marketing and will still be sent.
This site uses only what it needs to function — your browser's local storage holds your cart between page loads. If advertising pixels are enabled, they are named in the cookie notice shown on your first visit, and you can decline non-essential cookies without losing the ability to order.
We count page visits ourselves rather than handing your browsing to a third-party analytics service. For each page you open we record the page address, where you arrived from, any campaign tag in the link you followed, whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer, and your approximate location (country, state and city). To work out that location, your browser sends your IP address to a third-party geolocation service (GeoJS, or ipwho.is if that is unavailable); we receive only the resulting place names and never store your IP address. If that lookup is blocked, we fall back to a country guessed from your browser's timezone. To tell one visit from another we store a random identifier in your browser — it is not a cookie, it carries no name, email or account, it is readable only by this site, and clearing your browser data removes it. Detailed visit records are deleted after 60 days; only daily totals are kept beyond that.
Order and invoice records are retained for 8 years to meet Indian tax and accounting requirements. Support correspondence is kept for 2 years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Access to customer records is restricted to the people who need it to fulfil orders and provide support. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and payment processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant provider. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
If we make a material change we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where the change significantly affects you, notify you by email.
