Questions
Things people ask
What does Muruq mean?
+
Muruq is derived from "murungai" — the Tamil word for moringa, spoken in South India for over 3,000 years. Tamil Nadu is the world's largest moringa-producing region. Our name honours that origin.
How do I use Muruq powder?
+
Add 1 teaspoon (3–5g) to warm water, smoothies, milk, dals, or rotis. Best taken in the morning. Start with half a teaspoon and increase over one week. Do not boil — heat above 60°C reduces nutrients.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
+
Yes, absolutely — no notice period, no cancellation fee, no questions asked. Just WhatsApp us or email and your subscription stops immediately. You keep what you've already received.
Is Muruq safe for diabetics?
+
Moringa is widely studied for blood sugar regulation. However, if you are on diabetes medication, consult your doctor — moringa may enhance the effect of medication and your dosage may need adjustment.
What is your return policy?
+
30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied for any reason, WhatsApp us and we'll approve your refund within 24 hours. The credit reaches your account in 5–7 business days depending on your bank. We also replace any damaged or incorrect orders immediately.
Is Muruq available outside India?
+
Currently we ship across all of India. International shipping to the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, and Singapore is planned for a later phase. Email support@muruq.in to join the waitlist and we'll notify you first.
