We sell moringa leaf powder in 100 g, 250 g and 500 g pouches. Product images are illustrative; natural variation in colour and texture between harvest batches is normal and is not a defect. Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these terms. In summary: a 30-day money back guarantee from delivery, full refunds for damaged, wrong, undelivered or substandard product, and partial refunds for change-of-mind returns where the pouch is unopened and sealed.
Bulk orders start at 5 kg and are quoted individually. Bulk purchases are governed by the separate terms set out in the quotation we issue, which take precedence over these terms where they conflict. The consumer refund policy above does not apply to bulk orders.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, or by an unreachable phone number.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. We would much rather resolve things directly — please contact us first and we will do our best to make it right.
